### Leveraging Buildings in Guilds

LAND owners who are a part of a Guild have access to additional sources of revenue. Since Buildings offer various utilities, they are very important in facilitating trade and activities of the Guild. Other Guild members can pay $RELIC fees to use their Building(s) on their LAND. This can help other Guild members upgrade the power of their character NFTs, increasing their chances of winning more Dungeon missions and rewards.
